We hope you enjoy looking through our website and finding out more about our town.

Since forming following a Civic Trust study in 1993, and becoming a registered charity in 1997 Haltwhistle Partnership has the mission and vision to improve life and manage change positively for local residents.

Governed by a group of volunteer trustees drawn from the local community, in the last ten years the Partnership has  generated and worked with others to bring nearly £9 million pounds investment in to the local economy.  This  a more than ten-fold return on running costs.

The Partnership is funded by a mixture of grants from Town and County Council, One Northeast and charitable trusts  together with earned income.
